Open Offshore Roles
Master Mariner (ASD Tug)
Location: APAC & Americas Rotation
Commanding our advanced tugboats for complex towing operations and offshore rig support.
Requirements:
- Unlimited Master’s Certificate of Competency (Class 1).
- Minimum 5 years of command experience on ASD Tugs.
- Valid STCW certificates and ENG1 Medical.
- Proven track record of flawless ISM compliance.
Chief Marine Engineer
Location: Global Fleet Rotation
Ensuring peak engine performance, structural integrity, and executing planned maintenance schedules aboard.
Requirements:
- Chief Engineer CoC (Class 1 or 2) - Unlimited.
- Experience with Wartsila, Mak, and Caterpillar engines.
- Strong capability in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Commitment to MARPOL and environmental regulations.
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
Location: Global Fleet Rotation
Managing advanced electrical systems, telemetry, and automated controls aboard our modern fleet.
Requirements:
- Valid ETO CoC (STCW III/6).
- Experience with High Voltage systems and automated controls.
- Familiarity with Dynamic Positioning (DP) maintenance is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
Able Seaman (AB)
Location: Singapore Port Limits / Coastal
Handling essential deck operations, mooring, and executing complex towing rig setups for our heavy-lift barge combinations.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW II/5 certification (Able Seafarer Deck).
- Minimum 3 years experience on tugs or offshore supply vessels.
- Strict adherence to safety and deck protocols.
- Valid ENG1 Medical certificate.
Open Onshore Roles
Technical Superintendent
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Overseeing dry-docking, budget management, and technical compliance for our US-based tug and barge fleet.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
- Prior sailing experience as Chief Engineer is preferred.
- Experience managing dry-docking repairs and budgets.
- US Work Authorization required.
Chartering Manager
Location: Singapore HQ
Driving commercial strategy, negotiating charter parties, and managing client relationships across the APAC region.
Requirements:
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or Economics.
- 5+ years experience in tug & barge or offshore chartering.
- Proficiency in drafting BIMCO standard contracts.
- Strong existing network in the regional maritime sector.
HSEQ Manager
Location: Singapore HQ
Championing our zero-harm culture. Managing ISM/ISPS compliance, conducting internal audits, and leading safety training.
Requirements:
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISM/ISPS/MLC).
- Prior sea service as Master or Chief Mate highly preferred.
- 5+ years in a senior safety management ashore.
- Deep knowledge of international marine regulations.
Crewing Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Coordinating global crew logistics, managing visas, tracking training matrices, and handling payroll for the Americas fleet.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marine HR or crewing.
- Working knowledge of MLC 2006 regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with crew management software (e.g., Adonis, COMPAS).
