Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of all maritime services, including but not limited to vessel chartering (bareboat, time, and voyage charters), barge freight, tugboat assistance, and technical ship management provided by GLORY TANKERS PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202001319Z).

2. Chartering Agreements

All chartering services are subject to the specific terms negotiated in the respective Charter Party Agreement (e.g., BIMCO standard forms). In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the Charter Party Agreement, the latter shall prevail.

3. Freight & Cargo Liability

While we exercise the utmost care in stowage, lashing, and transportation, GLORY TANKERS PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for loss or damage to cargo resulting from Acts of God, severe weather (Force Majeure), inherent vice of the goods, or acts of war/piracy. Cargo owners are strictly advised to maintain comprehensive marine cargo insurance.

4. Operational Delays

GLORY TANKERS PTE. LTD. makes every reasonable effort to adhere to estimated schedules. However, we are not liable for delays caused by port congestion, sudden regulatory changes, adverse weather conditions, or unexpected technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the maritime laws of the Republic of Singapore. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts or the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA).
