Our Commitment to Integrity

GLORY TANKERS PTE. LTD. is committed to conducting all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. Our corporate governance framework ensures that our board of directors, management, onshore staff, and offshore crew operate under the highest standards of accountability, fairness, and strict legal compliance worldwide.

Business Ethics & Compliance Framework

Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC)

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, and facilitation payments. We prohibit the offering, giving, solicitation, or acceptance of any bribe or improper inducement to or from any public official or private entity globally.

Trade Sanctions & AML

We strictly adhere to all applicable international trade sanctions, including those enforced by the UN, OFAC (US), and the EU. We execute rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks prior to executing any charter party agreement.

Human Rights & Modern Slavery

Aligned with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006), we ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and reasonable working hours. We strictly prohibit modern slavery, forced labor, and human traffing within our organization and supply chain.

Fair Competition & Anti-Trust

We believe in free and open competition. Our management and staff are prohibited from entering into any formal or informal agreements with competitors that fix prices, rig bids, divide markets, or otherwise restrict free trade.

Drug & Alcohol Policy (Zero Tolerance)

To ensure absolute safety at sea, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy across our fleet. This includes mandatory pre-employment screening and unannounced randomized testing for all offshore and onshore operational personnel.

Maritime Cyber Security

In accordance with IMO 2021 Cyber Risk Management guidelines, we deploy enterprise-grade firewalls, endpoint protection, and encrypted telemetry to safeguard our vessel navigation systems (ECDIS) and shore-based networks from malicious cyber threats.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Our commitment to ethics extends beyond our internal operations. We expect all vendors, shipyards, fuel suppliers, and port agents to adhere to the GLORY TANKERS Supplier Code of Conduct.

  • Environmental Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all local and international environmental laws, including proper waste disposal and emission controls.
  • Labor Standards: Suppliers must not use child labor, forced labor, or engage in discriminatory hiring practices.
  • Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must have their own robust ABAC policies and prohibit the payment of bribes or kickbacks.
